Dr Fasihul Khan

Dr. Khan is a recent former member of the British Thoracic Society’s ILD Specialist Advisory Group, where he provided expert insights and advice that contributed to shaping patient care standards in the UK.

Dr. Khan pursued a higher degree and completed a PhD focused on predicting survival in patients with ILD. His research findings have been published in esteemed respiratory journals, and he has had the privilege of presenting his work at international conferences, receiving recognition and awards for his contributions. He actively participates in various national and international research groups, exploring innovative approaches to treating and monitoring ILD patients.

As a passionate educator, Dr Khan regularly delivers lectures to general practitioners, hospital doctors, and medical students, and holds a postgraduate certificate in medical education.

Dr Khan’s multilingual abilities, including fluency in Hindi and Urdu and an understanding of Gujarati and Punjabi, allow him to provide personalised and effective care.
